Where the idea came from
The Systems Synergy is a hypothesis, and the book says so. It grew out of three pieces of work, each told in full in the book. Each went well for the client, and each showed us something it lacked.

Systems Synergy Facilitator Pathway
Want to lead this work yourself?
In 2027 we open two cohorts of the Systems Synergy pathway, one in London and one in Singapore, through our sister practice SERIOUSWORK™. The pathway starts with an intensive in the training room, continues with supervised practice on your own live work, and leads to certification at the level each participant reaches. Cohorts stay small so every participant gets close attention, and so the credential stays rare.
